My steering wheel is very loose in my lifted 2000 silverado, any reasons why?
just changed ball joints, bushings.

Check tie-rod ends, Idler and Pitman arm joints for ANY play.
Have someone slowly turn steering wheel back-and-forth within the slack it has, to see if you can see and movement or worn components. Also take note of the shaft coming out of the steering box, look for any play on that shaft as well.
Being lifted only stresses the components more.
Loose Steering wheel in Silverado?
Could be in the steering column. You say its lifted, check all the steering components, if all is good maybe go with a steering stabilizer.
